The most rewarding part of being a therapist for me is watching people making progress, their personal growth, and moving on from trauma. It is important to me that clients experience relief, when they take back their autonomy and independence and release themselves from whatever it is that is keeping them stuck.

Sree Sabbavarapu (Adult & Child Practitioner)
The compassion and joy I feel when practising as a therapist is from my own first hand experience of supporting people and seeing change in themselves as they grow. My approach to therapy is non judgmental and curious. I generally tend to approach my client work from an integrative perspective, drawing on person centred theory, and combining compassion focused therapy and solution focused therapy techniques in to my work with clients. I may also encourage clients to do some cognitive behavioural work, however this is bespoke to each individual.
